Custom made ring holders made by Happily Ever Arty based in Hampshire. We are passionate about creating a luxurious piece to showcase your special flowers. All photos are from previous orders.

These ring holders make great gifts for any occasion particularly where you may want to preserve some flowers as a keepsake from a wedding, christening, anniversary, special birthday or sadly from memorial bouquets too. These are all individually designed and crafted in resin making them unique. Occasionally there may be small bubbles, small holes and slight bumps/indents in the resin given that its handmade and actually adds to the charm of the piece. Size: 9.5cm x 5cm, tapers upwards from 5cm.

Customisations:
Embellishments can be added to the piece e.g confetti, ribbons, charms etc. Personalisation is also available whereby names, dates etc can be added in a choice of colours, gold, silver or white. There is also an additional option to add gold, silver or copper leaf. Please leave a note on specific requirements in the personalisation section when ordering.

Order process & timing:
Flowers must be thoroughly dried before placing in the resin otherwise they will spoil. The preserving process is all part of the service we provide. We can also accept flowers that you have dried yourself or source the colour flowers for you. Once an order is received we will send you instructions on how to package and send your flowers to ensure they arrive safely. Once we receive your flowers we will put them to bed to dry which takes at least a few weeks depending on the flowers. Preserving flowers may result in some minor colour change. This is completely normal. Once dried the design and encapsulation process begins. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process which typically can take between 8 and 12 weeks depending on the size and specifics of the order. Dispatch & delivery:
Custom orders will be dispatched within 3 days of completion. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process so you are always in the loop on overall timings. Delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed.

Refunds:
Please note that custom orders cannot be refunded. However, we will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy with the results.

Care & maintenance:
These handcrafted items need to be kept out of direct sunlight to maintain quality. Also avoid using any cleaning chemicals or perfume sprays etc. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth as needed and a soft cloth to polish. Care instruction details will be sent with the order.
